Another Contract

We are officially under contract again on our house. They accepted our counter proposal yesterday evening. We just have to wait for the appraisal now, which isn't for another 2 weeks. We'll be in Pittsburgh by then, of course. We're just keeping our fingers crossed that this one doesn't fall through for some reason.
